Ranked: OPEC's Largest Crude Oil Producers

OPEC's output is dominated by a single nation, with the rest of the bloc trailing well behind in daily production.

Saudi Arabia produces 7,799 thousand barrels per day, more than double the next largest producer, Iran, at 3,060 tb/d. The UAE and Iraq follow at 1,892 and 1,625 tb/d respectively, rounding out the group producing above the 1.5 million barrel mark.

Mid tier producers include Nigeria (1,463), Libya (1,252), and Kuwait (1,213), all clustered relatively close together. Venezuela and Algeria sit just under the 1,000 mark, while Congo, Gabon, and Equatorial Guinea produce significantly less, each under 300 tb/d.

Saudi Arabia's dominance alone, producing more than the next two countries combined, highlights just how central the kingdom remains to global oil supply and OPEC's collective output.
