Nucor is the world’s most valuable steel producing company as per market cap, followed by ArcelorMittal and JSW Steel.

The world's largest steel producing company is China Baowu Group, based in China which has an annual steel output of 124 million metric tons, but is not listed so not mentioned here. However, the group holds major publicly listed subsidiaries, most notably Baosteel listed on no. 8 here. 

USA’s Steel Dynamics, India’s Tata Steel and Japan’s Nippon Steel also make it to world’s top 10.
